Revita Derm Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team in Chandler, Arizona. Located in the vibrant city of Chandler, Arizona, Revita Derm Wellness is situated within a hospital setting that promotes a multifaceted approach to healthcare. This onsite role means that our Physician Assistant will work closely with a cohesive team of dermatology professionals, including physicians and allied health staff, to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive and continuous care. • Conduct thorough evaluations of presenting dermatological issues, reviewing patients' medical histories and relevant records.
• Perform detailed examinations leading to accurate diagnoses and the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe appropriate courses of treatment in accordance with established protocols and regulations, while considering the patient’s preferences and needs.
• Provide ongoing support to medical staff by addressing complex medical questions, managing patient follow-ups, and ensuring continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients through both verbal and electronic means, ensuring they understand their conditions and treatment options.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Identify personal learning needs and engage in continuing education programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge of dermatological advances.
• Mentor junior staff and provide assistance in fostering an encouraging learning environment.

This position will involve serving a diverse patient population in need of dermatological care, ranging from young children with skin conditions to adults seeking cosmetic dermatological services. The Physician Assistant will address common conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and acne, while also engaging in surgical dermatology procedures involving biopsies and excisions. A strong focus on patient outcomes through compassionate and informed care is paramount in our mission at Revita Derm Wellness.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in dermatology, with a comprehensive understanding of dermatological disorders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field, with necessary state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical evaluation skills and proven ability to assess patient concerns effectively.
• Proficient in developing, discussing, and delivering individual patient care plans independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on providing unparalleled customer service and empathy to patients.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and patient care.

• Experience in both medical and surgical dermatology is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, particularly those relevant to dermatology practices.
• Engagement in continuing education relevant to dermatological innovations and practices.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Revita Derm Wellness provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
