Job description

CME Group is currently looking for a Global Account Management year-round intern.
This candidate will assist the Global Operations on day-to-day activities in support of Global Account Management (GAM).
  • Intern supports activities of GAM functional area to ensure that business solution objectives are met
  • Provide effective day-to-day administrative, planning and GAM client support
  • Track ISVs, service provider, and customer trends and analyze research findings
  • Assists in performing administrative responsibilities, such as entering information into databases, producing simple statistical reports, presentations, expenses and scheduling; Build and Leverage Ai tools to accomplish tasks
  • Gathers and enters quality assurance information into Salesforce and internal client service databases in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service.
  • Support managing inbound customer Service Cloud queue.
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Principal Accountabilities:
  • ServiceCloud (Salesforce) queue management (case assignments)
  • Customer case resolution

  • Project related customer outreach
  • Project status tracking and report preparation
  • Data analysis and preparation of internal statistical reports

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Typical team hours are 7am - 5pm Mon-Fri
    Prefer minimum 3 days in office per week but flexible with days/hours to accommodate school requirements and school breaks.
