Job description

Assistant Director Missions

The assistant director facilitates the daily operations of the general management (the general director and the deputy director) by taking charge of the drafting of administrative documents, ensuring the follow-up of files, and managing schedules. The assistant director identifies priorities and performs first-level processing. The assistant director researches and disseminates information. He/she alerts the general management if necessary and contributes to internal communication. The responsibilities of the assistant director are divided into four areas of work and in a non-exhaustive manner: - Writing: drafting acts, deliberations, notes, and presentation slides, and minutes - Organization and logistics: organizing the agendas of the general management, organizing and logistics of community instances - Control: documents provided, deadlines, regulatory references - Secretariat: establishment of signers, follow-up, formatting, filing, and archiving The assistant director works in close collaboration with the general director and the deputy general director. He/she is in regular contact with elected officials, institutional partners, and all agents of the community.

Profile Sought

This is a strategic position requiring discretion and the ability to work independently. You are meticulous and comfortable with reading legal texts and formatting documents related to the functioning of territorial communities. Moreover, you are capable of appropriate initiatives facilitating the daily operations of the general management.
