As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and needs.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and personal growth.

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting, particularly in delivering individual and group therapy.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.
