Target Range:

$18.00/Hr. - $27.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Within Deposit Operations, responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational and electronic banking functions to support the overall bank deposit operations
Responsibilities:
  • Reviews, investigates and actions potential fraud cases and alerts to mitigate loss.

  • Monitors and arrange for recovery of losses incurred by fraudulent activities.

  • Take-action on questionable accounts by restricting, closing, or rejecting the opening of new accounts

  • Assists account holders who are victims of fraudulent activity

  • Maintain a working knowledge of fraud prevention guidelines and techniques

  • Communicate via phone, email and/ or letters with other bank employees, account holders, and Financial institutions

  • Escalates questionable activity via submission of Questionable Activity Report

  • Verifies adherence to Bank policies, operating procedures and processes

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' banking experience in a retail or operational environment

  • Knowledge in banking products and services

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
