  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail banking, deposit operations or branch administration strongly preferred
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to speak effectively with customers in person and on the phone
  • Exemplary customer services skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents as well as write routine reports and correspondence
  • Professionalism in dress and communication
  • Proficiency with PC including Microsoft Office products and office equipment
  • Familiarity and comfort with banking systems, preferably Jack Henry
  • Ability to reconcile and calculate figures such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages
