    • Actively participate in technical design calls, providing input and ensuring infrastructure requirements are met.
    • Ability to read and accurately mark up floor plans for distribution and coordination with other trades (e.g., LVC, electrical, engineering vendors).
  • Go-Live Support:
    • Provide hands-on, on-site support during HealthPay24 device go-lives, ensuring seamless deployment, connectivity, and immediate issue resolution.
    • Conduct pre-go-live readiness checks and post-go-live validations to confirm operational status.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure deployments in complex environments.
    • Recent experience working on projects alongside construction management, specifically where premise distribution systems (network, telecom cabling) are implemented in a healthcare setting.
    • Demonstrated experience managing projects that are already in the execution phase, requiring adeptness in adjusting schedules and managing ongoing activities.
    • Experience with payment processing systems or Epic go-live preparations is highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen:
