Job Description

Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Delivery Manager within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) AI Center of Excellence. This role will design, develop, and operationalize Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. These solutions will deliver measurable value across supply chain operations. You will own solutions endtoend for defined use cases and applies strong technical judgment to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and adopted in production.

You will work a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLMbased solutions, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, agent workflows, and supporting Python services.
  • Select appropriate models, tools, and frameworks based on quality, performance, cost, security, and enterprise requirements.
  • Own AI solutions endtoend, from design and development through production deployment and operational support.
  • Define solution architectures aligned with Azure AI platform standards, enterprise guardrails, and ISC data governance guidelines.
  • Establish and apply best practices for prompt design, testing, evaluation, versioning, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement automated build, test, deployment, monitoring, and feedback processes in Microsoftcentric enterprise environments.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, collect structured feedback, and incorporate operational signals to continuously improve solution quality and adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with Rockwell AI policies, risk controls, and data handling standards throughout development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with ISC AI COE leadership, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams to align on use cases, priorities, and technical approaches.
  • Partner with business users to validate solution behavior, identify improvements, and enable effective use of GenAIpowered tools and workflows.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied data systems.
  • Python proficiency with experience building productiongrade services and automation pipelines.
  • Handson experience designing and deploying GenAI / LLMbased applications.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and GenAI evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloudnative deployment patterns.
  • Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Graph API in enterprise environments.
  • Identified automation opportunities and delivered scripted and workflowbased solutions using AI tools.
  • Collaborated effectively within structured delivery models and crossfunctional technical teams.
