We are a private dental practice looking for a dental assistant who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and customer service. They communicate clearly, greet everyone with a smile, and support both the dentist and patients with professionalism and compassion.

Dental Assistant – Job Overview & Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist patients in the dental office
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
• Select, set up, and organize instruments, materials, and equipment as needed
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to safety regulations
• Assist the dentist and clinical team during procedures
• Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene guidance
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Schedule follow-up appointments as needed
• Record accurate patient notes, photos, X-rays, and lab information

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental assistant (preferred)
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with Open Dental Software (preferred)
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Expanded functions certification (preferred)

Position Details

• Start Date: Shifts available immediately

Office Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
