Dental Office Receptionist/Coordinator
Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist/Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office front desk operations, with the ability to manage administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service. Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team. If you're a motivated individual who enjoys working in a patient-centered environment, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients both in-person and on the phone.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal daily workflow.
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records using Dentrix.
  • Process patient payments, verify insurance, and enter insurance payments.
  • Assist with treatment plan coordination and provide patients with related information.
  • Manage daily chart preparation and keep the front desk organized.
