Bissonnet Dental is looking for a high-energy, experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin to join our full-time team. Our practice is dedicated to excellence across a wide range of services, from general care to advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry. Front-Office Mastery: Manage the patient lifecycle from check-in to check-out, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Eaglesoft Management: Utilize Eaglesoft software for precise scheduling, digital record-keeping, and patient communication.
Treatment Coordination: Clearly explain procedures and follow-up care for general, cosmetic, implant, and emergency dentistry cases.
Financial Oversight: Handle billing, insurance verification, and payment processing with high accuracy.
Emergency Triage: Calmly and efficiently coordinate emergency walk-ins or urgent appointments within the daily schedule.
