CDL-A Regional & Dedicated Truck Drivers Weekly Home Time | Earn Up to $2,025/Week | Dedicated & Regional Opportunities

Roehl Transport is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for multiple Dedicated and Midwest Regional opportunities. Choose Your Fleet Dedicated Great Lakes Paper Fleet

Enjoy consistent lanes, solid weekly miles, and weekend home time. Drivers primarily operate from the Green Bay/Fox Valley area toward Indianapolis or the Cincinnati area.

You'll pull van trailers with a combination of live loads and drop-and-hook freight, averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week. Primary operating states include Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky, with some Ohio backhauls possible.

Dedicated Midwest Van Fleet

If you're looking for dedicated freight and consistent customers and lanes, this fleet offers excellent earning potential with weekly home time.

Trailers are preloaded in the St. Louis area, with drivers hauling backloads toward St. Louis to keep freight moving. Approximately 60% of freight is drop and hook.

Regional routing includes much of the Midwest and surrounding states, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, with occasional routing through Florida and Georgia.

Van Midwest Regional Fleet

The Van Midwest Regional Fleet provides largely no-touch freight throughout the central part of the country, with drivers frequently returning to many of the same locations.

You'll get home weekly, typically for 48 hours, and Roehl strives to route drivers home with a load so they know where they're headed when it's time to return to the road.

Additional Earning Opportunities

Drivers in the Van Midwest Regional Fleet can increase their income by becoming a Roehl Certified Driver Trainer or referring other drivers.

As of July 2026, certified Driver Trainers with at least one year on the job were averaging an additional $10,900 per year in trainer pay.
