More Smiles Dental Spa is a multi-doctor general practice in Covington, LA, seeking a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our team.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who enjoys high-quality, everyday family dentistry—exams, restorative care, crowns, preventive services, and straightforward extractions—while building long-term relationships with a loyal patient base. You’ll have full autonomy to practice comfortably within your current skill set, with no pressure to perform procedures outside your comfort zone.

For dentists who do have interest in expanding their scope, the practice also offers advanced services such as cosmetic dentistry, implants, sleep apnea, and TMJ therapy. Our experienced doctors provide support, mentorship, and optional exposure to more advanced care, allowing you to grow at your own pace if and when you’re ready.

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted Louisiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
