We are seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our dedicated and professional dental practice. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a clean, comfortable, and efficient environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
Take and develop dental X-rays
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean treatment area
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
Manage inventory of dental supplies and materials
Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required
Certification in Dental Radiology (as required by state)
Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology
Excellent communication and patient service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
CPR certification
Schedule Summary:
