What is a dental program manager?

A Dental Program Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of dental care programs within organizations such as clinics, public health departments, or healthcare networks. A common challenge is ensuring consistent quality of care and compliance with regulations across all sites. Effective communication and collaboration with dental teams, administrative staff, and external partners are crucial.
