Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Program Manager to accelerate delivery and ensure a seamless rollout of PLM360 and S4E within Global Service Operations (GSO).
Key Responsibilities:
* Integrated Program Planning and Tracking: Build and maintain, in alignment with the Global Process Lead and Program PMO, a single source of truth for GSO-level milestones, tasks, and dependencies across PLM360 and S4E; Translate plans into specific action items with clear owners, due dates, and completion criteria
* Project Progress Reporting (Weekly Status Updates): Produce regular project status reports and weekly updates structured around accomplishments, current progress, and upcoming milestones/deliverables; Include schedule adherence, blockers, and escalation items
* Risk and Issue Management: Maintain an active risk and issue (RAID) log. Coordinate mitigation actions and escalate unresolved risks with appropriate supporting documentation
* Templates, Standards, and Work Artifacts: Adapt and maintain GSO-specific project templates, including user stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and status reports in alignment with existing standards; Ensure consistent artifact quality across both programs (S4E and PLM360)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Project Management: Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs in a matrix enterprise environment
* SAP Transformation Experience: Familiarity with S/4HANA or similar ERP implementation programs, including understanding of typical project phases
* Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and experience with enterprise project tracking platforms
* Reporting and Documentation: Ability to produce clear, concise project status reports, RAID logs, and executive summaries
* OCM Partnership: Ability to coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) leads to integrate change and training milestones into the project plan
Nice to Have:
* PLM system knowledge: Exposure to PLM tools, such as Teamcenter (Siemens)
* Experience with Jira, Power BI, and reporting dashboards
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
