Dental Laboratory Full Technician (Full-Time) | Denture Technician

Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Full Technician with a passion for creating high-quality full and partial dentures? We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our fast-paced, patient-focused laboratory. In this role, you will fabricate dentures from start to finish while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Dental Laboratory Technicians, Denture Technicians, Prosthetic Technicians, and Dental Lab Professionals looking for a stable, full-time position with opportunities for growth and cross-training.
Job Summary
The Dental Laboratory Full Technician is responsible for fabricating full and partial dentures, including setting teeth, waxing, bending wire, processing, finishing, and repairing removable prosthetics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to producing quality dental restorations while maintaining laboratory safety and OSHA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish
  • Set denture teeth and perform wax-ups
  • Bend wire for removable prosthetics
  • Process, finish, and polish dentures
  • Complete denture relines and repairs
  • Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays
  • Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and turnaround times
  • Serve as Associate Lab Manager when needed in the manager's absence
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and laboratory safety procedures
  • Cross-train in all areas of the dental laboratory
  • Collaborate with laboratory teammates to complete cases efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional experience fabricating dentures from start to finish
  • Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during normal laboratory business hours

Preferred
  • Same-day denture experience
  • Experience with full and partial removable prosthetics
  • Knowledge of dental laboratory safety standards and OSHA compliance
