As a Digital Dental Lab Technician, you will be responsible to help run the day-to-day operations of the Digital department, ensuring the efficient use of technology and maintaining high-quality production standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Help direct daily operations of the digital department to ensure efficient, on-time production of digital products
  • Help troubleshoot and increase utilization of CAD/CAM software and equipment, 3D printers, and milling machines
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and ensure timely product delivery
  • Oversee quality control of all CAD/CAM-designed restorations, ensuring precision, accuracy, and fit
  • Help train and mentor lab staff on CAD/CAM technologies, promoting continuous learning and skill development
  • Identify and implement workflow and process improvements to boost departmental efficiency and productivity
  • Perform other related duties and projects at the direction of management

To be successful in this role, you will need:
