Alpharetta Comprehensive Dentistry - Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and team-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental office. This position is perfect for someone who is comfortable helping both administratively and clinically while providing excellent patient care.

We are a well-established practice that aims to provide the highest quality dentistry in a safe, caring, and relaxing environment which builds lifelong relationships with our community, patients, and staff. We are proud to say that we have a great staff and Dentists. We invest in them and their continuing education and personal growth. We also like to have fun while working hard in a respectful environment. We LOVE our practice!

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment. Must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Dental software experience is required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 + years experience required
  • Front and back office experience is a MUST
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Full-time position

  • Position Responsibilities

This role will support the front desk team with daily patient communication and schedule management. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming visits, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, updating patient information, assisting with insurance details, and following up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment or pending appointments.

The position will also support the hygiene department by helping prepare rooms, seating patients on time, turning over operatories, sterilizing instruments, stocking supplies, assisting with chart preparation, supporting X-rays when applicable, and helping maintain a smooth flow between the hygienist, doctor, and front office team.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay based on experience (21-24/hr)
  • Full time benefits include medical, vision, dental, disability, uniform allowance, time off

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday 7:30-4:30 Rotating Fridays 7:30-2:00
  • Tuesday/Thursday 7:45-5:00
  • No Weekends!
