Job description

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you have a friendly personality, a passion for patient care, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities
  • Greet every patient with a smile and a friendly welcome, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage our phone system—answering calls, transferring to the right team member, and taking clear, accurate messages.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the office calendar organized and up to date.
  • Check patients in and out, ensuring all forms and records are completed accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence promptly.
  • Assist patients with billing questions and insurancerelated inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Help with other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice.
