Job description

Voted Best Dental Office in Katy — Now Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
3-Day Work Week | Full Benefits | Competitive Pay + Bonuses

The ultimate full-time role that truly values work-life balance. Great patient care starts with a great team.
We're a privately owned, two-location practice in Katy (Cinco Ranch amp; Fulshear) that the community voted the Best Dental Office in Katy. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because we hire people who care about patients, support one another, and take pride in doing great work.
A day in the life:
Assist our doctors in delivering exceptional patient care
Build genuine relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to keep the schedule running efficiently
Take digital X-rays and perform expanded duties as permitted by your RDA license
Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the day moving
Work alongside a positive team that communicates well and genuinely enjoys working together
Owner-led practice. Decisions get made by our founder who listens, not a regional VP in another state
What we're looking for:
Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
A team player who is always willing to jump in and help
Eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve
Proactive—you don't wait to be asked, you see what needs to be done
Excellent communication skills with both patients and teammates
Reliable, dependable, and someone your team can count on
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
What you get:
Three days on, four days off, 31–35 hours/week
Competitive pay based on experience
Health, vision, and life insurance
Free preventative dental care + at-cost restorative treatment
Paid time off + retirement plan
Employee performance and appreciation bonuses
Modern technology and a team that supports one another
If you're looking for more than just another assisting job—if you want to be part of a team that works hard, has each other's backs, and truly cares about its patients—we'd love to meet you.
Job Type: Full-time | Location: In person, Katy, TX
