Registered Dental Assistant - Full-Time

We are seeking a Dental Assistant (RDA) fluent in English and Spanish preferred who is energetic, motivated, and ready to be a true team player!

We are a well-established private family practice located in beautiful Everett. Our office is led by an amazing doctor, supported by a dedicated team, and centered on delivering the best care for both our patients and our team members.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for procedures

  • Welcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visit

  • Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations

  • Educate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructions

  • Clean and polish removable appliances

  • Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures (set-ups, suction, passing instruments)

  • Document dental care services accurately in patient records

  • Capture high-quality intraoral photographs

  • Maintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Who You Are
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

  • Active CPR certification

  • Available Monday-Friday during practice hours

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred
