Dental Assistants In Training are individuals who are learning the skills and knowledge necessary to become certified dental assistants. They typically work under the supervision of licensed dentists and experienced dental assistants, helping with patient care, preparing instruments, and performing administrative tasks. This role often includes a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice in a dental office. Dental Assistants In Training are gaining experience required for certification or licensure, depending on state regulations.
