Family Medicine Physician - Denmark & Wrightstown Clinics
Location: Denmark & Wrightstown, Wisconsin
Practice in Close-Knit Communities with System-Wide Support
Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established practices in Denmark and Wrightstown. This unique split-role opportunity allows you to enjoy the rewards of practicing in smaller, community-focused settings while benefiting from the resources and support of a large, integrated health system.
Join a collaborative team that prioritizes team-based care, provider satisfaction, and exceptional patient outcomes-all within a 4-day work week designed to support work-life balance.
Position Highlights
  • Full-time (1.0 FTE)
  • Schedule:
    • 40 hours/week
    • 32 patient-facing hours
    • Typically a 4-day work week
    • Rotating between Denmark and Wrightstown clinics
    • Call 1:35
    • No weekends or holidays, except limited call coverage
    • Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day
Practice Details
  • Outpatient-only Family Medicine
  • Established patient panels in both communities
  • Care for patients across all ages
