Construction Estimating Experience Required.

NK Demolition is looking for an estimator for their demolition company. This person would be responsible to calculate the total costs of a demolition project, including labor, equipment, disposal, and permits, to produce accurate bids. You would do site visits, analyze provided plans, blueprints, engineered reports, etc. to determine the exact scope of work. Experiences required are; at least 2+ years experience in demolition. Must have experience in reading plans, great communication via verbal and written, knowledge in demolition, skills in math, and Microsoft office. This is a detail-oriented job, you will be trained and expected to perform according to expectations.
