Job Description:
DKJAY Restoration is seeking a dependable and experienced Construction / Restoration Worker to join our team. We perform residential and commercial construction and restoration projects throughout Pierce County and King County, handling both large projects and minor repairs.

A large portion of our work involves restoration services, including repairs related to water damage, property damage, and general structural repairs. The ideal candidate must have well-rounded construction experience and be capable of completing jobs from start to finish independently or as part of a team.

The ideal candidate must be able to complete a job from start to finish, or know how to complete it, independently or while working efficiently with a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general construction and restoration work

  • Complete both major repairs and minor repairs on residential and commercial properties

  • Drywall repair and installation

  • Basic carpentry and framing

  • Demolition and job site preparation

  • Painting, patching, and finishing work

  • Restoration-related repairs and rebuild work

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site (basic construction cleaning required)

  • Follow project manager instructions and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience in general construction required

  • Must be familiar with common construction tasks and tools

  • Ability to assess a job scope and complete work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor

  • Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in Pierce County and King County
