Trueline is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Demolition to join their team onsite in the Farmingdale, NY area. This is a high-impact role blending project execution with revenue generation, offering strong earning potential for someone who can both deliver projects and help grow the business.

What You'll Do as the Senior Project Manager - Demolition:

  • Lead demolition projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, union requirements, and agency regulations
  • Manage client communication, site meetings, and project coordination
  • Handle monthly billing, change orders, and cost tracking
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
