Job description

This is a hybrid position as the lead working foreman and project manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

-Daily Site Visits

-Scheduling of jobs

-Scheduling of employees

-New Project Starts, shutting off water and electricity and handling any fine/complicated demolition needed

-Making sure work is being done in a safe, clean, professional and efficient method

-Dumpster Rental

-Landfill Runs

-Tool Rental

-Material and Equipment Runs

-Communication with Homeowner and/or General Contractor

Compensation:

-$25-35 an hour based on experience and qualifications

-Company Vehicle after 90 days

-Health Insurance January 1st 2025

Requirements:

-5+ plus years demolition/construction experience

-Must be able to drive a 1-1.5 ton truck and pull trailers and have or be willing to get CDL.

-Must have general knowledge of structural framing, electricity, and plumbing.

-Plus if you have experience in heavy equipment.

-Plus if you have Lead Based Paint, Asbestos, and Mold Certifications.

Hours:

Normally Monday - Friday, 7-3 with 30 min paid lunch

Daily Routine:

-Pick up/ Drop off any material, equipment or rentals need.

-Check on jobsites

-Daily scheduling and paperwork

-Work at the jobsite you can be most utilized at
