What You'll Do as the Senior Project Manager - Demolition:
  • Lead demolition projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, union requirements, and agency regulations
  • Manage client communication, site meetings, and project coordination
  • Handle monthly billing, change orders, and cost tracking
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Perform or oversee estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation
  • Partner with leadership to support project startup and execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and public agencies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
