Position Overview 
All-Around Removal Services is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our demolition and clean-out division throughout Philadelphia, Bucks County, South Jersey, and surrounding areas. 
The ideal candidate must be proficient in social media marketing, client communication, lead generation, and business development. This individual will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, managing online engagement, and helping convert prospects into paying clients. 
Required Skills & Qualifications 
Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to write professional emails, text messages, social media posts, and proposals 
Detail-oriented and highly organized 
Professional, respectful, and customer-focused 
Self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude 
Ability to follow up consistently with leads and prospects 
Comfortable communicating with contractors, property managers, developers, investors, realtors, restoration companies, and homeowners
