I.C.E. Contractors is currently seeking Electrician Helpers and Entry Level Laborers who are eager to learn and are passionate about the electrical trade. This position services our Pensacola, FL location and surrounding areas and will be responsible for tasks pertaining to, but not limited to, loading and unloading heavy materials, demolition, and following directions from supervisors. We seek individuals who are interested in on-the-job training and who are motivated to learn and exemplify a hard work ethic. If this is you, I.C.E. Contractors is a great company for you!Responsibilities Learn from the master electrician and/or project managers/foreman and completing all assigned duties Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standardsPrep construction sites by cleaning and maintaining job sites, clearing of hazards and obstaclesLoad or unload construction materialsHelp electricians when necessaryFollow instructions from supervisorsReady to lean from on-the-job training when necessaryPerform site clean-upQualificationsCompletion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred0-3 years of electrical experienceValid driver's license in state of practiceAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneelDemonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical workAbility to calculate basic mathematical problemsWilling to work overtimeWhy our employees love working for I.C.E.
