Work across two Level II Trauma facilities — Carrollton ED (40 beds) and Villa Rica ED (36 beds) — in a 100% democratic group with a clear path to full partnership.### Compensation

  • Year 1: $325,000 salary
  • Year 2: $350,000 salary
  • Year 3+: Partnership ‚Äî average $450,000
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus + $50,000 starting bonus
  • Relocation assistance up to $14,000
  • Benefits and malpractice paid by the group
