The Senior Paid Media Manager is responsible for managing campaigns for multiple marketing segments across various ad platforms. This position must be comfortable utilizing data to optimize campaigns and understanding digital behaviors. We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized and results-driven!
Core Job Duties
  • Support and oversee day-to-day management of paid social campaigns to help meet overall marketing goals on multiple digital platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Perform management of paid social media campaigns which include campaign launches, budget management, analytic tracking and reporting, and optimizations.
  • Manage budgets and bids within multiple ad platforms across multiple business units.
  • Create, edit, optimize and scale social media campaigns based off complex performance trends.
  • Stay up to date on the latest ad releases to support the continuous testing environment.
  • Identify, research and determine the best course of action to execute marketing goals through paid social media opportunities.
  • Report on various paid social media campaigns and understand what performed well and how campaigns can be optimized efficiently.
  • Work with the department to help guide creatives and messaging based on performance and results.
  • Create innovative approaches designed to increase pipeline and to accelerate sales bookings throughout the customer journey.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to develop and implement paid social marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare routine reports across all paid social platforms inclusive of QBRs for each stakeholder.
  • Have a deep understanding of fundamental digital marketing metrics and how they interact and impact performance.

As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. Anticipates broad changes pertaining to their area of expertise and ensure isolved is always ahead of the curve. Significant barriers to entry (e.g., top management review, approval) exist at this level.

Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies. Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.
Supervision
Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in paid digital campaign management/ad ops.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and information and translate into actionable strategies & tactics.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM and ABM Tools (Demandbase, Triblio, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of Account Based Marketing principles.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and mindfulness.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of LinkedIn Business Manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.
