Build and maintain detailed product specifications for AI agents, automation features, predictive models, and workflow-optimized experiences.
Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and ongoing refinement with AI development teams.
Manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure reliable delivery of AI features.
Partner with UX teams to ensure agent-driven workflows remain intuitive, trustworthy, and operator-approved.
Validate releases using KPIs such as time savings, accuracy improvements, error reduction, and operational throughput.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in product management or product development, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, data-driven products, or workflow automation.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing iterative development cycles.
Experience transforming business needs into refined roadmaps and backlogs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, evaluate workflows, and quantify product value.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interface confidently with executive stakeholders, engineers, and operators.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and build alignment across cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, Media Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of post-production, localization, content supply-chain workflows, or media technology.
Experience working with large datasets, AI agents, LLM-driven workflows, or automation platforms.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
AI agents reducing manual data entry by measurable percentages.
Predictive insights that help teams make faster, better decisions.
