Job description

Job Summary: 
Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to consult on Deltek Costpoint implementations for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills, risk management, and organizational change management to successfully lead ERP implementations.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Produce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products.
  • Monitor the technical, cost and schedule performance of the project.
  • Lead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede the test effort.
  • Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being met.
  • Monitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Use cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project health.
  • Troubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projects.
  • Lead various project status, planning, and review meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet. 
  • PMP Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in technical or business management related field.
  • Familiar with ADKAR Change Management Model.
  • Emotional Intelligence.
  • Ability to utilize Project Management disciplines to estimate, coordinate and deliver committed project deliverables.
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Project Server.
