Delta Workforce is looking to hire a hardscape technician in Wauwatosa!

A skilled Hardscape Technician installs, repairs, and maintains outdoor hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and driveways using materials like pavers, concrete, natural stone, and brick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job sites by excavating, grading, and installing proper base materials to ensure long-term stability and drainage.
  • Install interlocking pavers, natural stone, concrete, and retaining wall systems according to design plans and specifications.
  • Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, plate compactors, saws, and other power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks, make adjustments, and complete final grading and cleanup to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing hardscapes while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
