We seek a highly driven Analytics Engineer who can turn raw, operational data into trusted business intelligence that drives smarter decisions across the company. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to transform data from multiple sources into scalable reporting solutions that bring clarity to KPIs, metrics, and business performance. You will build the foundation that helps leaders see what is happening, understand why it matters, and act with confidence.

This position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin and allows for a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and the option for 2 days remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build data pipelines that integrate complex and disparate data sources in order to create clean, tested, and reusable datasets ready for analysis.
  • Ensure data quality by creating, maintaining, and enhancing data profiling methodologies.
  • While performing data transformations, ensure adherence of the rules and requirements for the formats and attributes of data.
  • Follow engineering best practices around CI/CD, unit testing, performance testing and optimization.
  • Effectively collaborate with Data Architecture to ensure the quality and consistency of the data model.
  • Create clear and effective documentation as needed.
  • Understand and apply best practices related to PII, adherence to Risk policies and standards as set forth by the organization.

Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science/Analytics, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of SQL experience
  • DBT experience preferred
  • Analytics engineering or data engineering experience preferred
  • Familiarity with with ETL/ELT methodologies
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Experience with with Python and shell scripting a plus
  • Experience with Agile development methods
  • Understanding of Tableau
  • Experience with Dimensional (star schemas) and Data Vault data models a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
