COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO) 

  • Base Salary= $360,000 + Commitment Bonus + Production + Call Pay = 75th Percentile of MGMA salary; Make a Minimum Yearly Income: $547,000
  • Commitment Bonus: $60,000 (Paid upfront)
  • $25,000 Yearly Retention Bonus
  • Vacation: 30 days PTO + CME 5 days (35 Total days PTO = 7 weeks)
  • CME, books, subscriptions: $3,500
  • Annual Medical License Paid
  • Relocation: Up to $15,000
  • Benefits: Retirement, Life, Health, Dental, Vision 
  • Malpractice: PAID and Tail is covered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Urology (URO) 

  • Well established Acute Care Hospital. We pride ourselves on our quality care and technological advancements.
  • 10 days of call required in a month 100% paid
  • No competition, be as busy as you want on day 1
  • Ranked in the Top 20 Hospitals in 2019 by the NRHA and have received many other National Awards.
  • You will join a team of Urologists and provide comprehensive urological care within the community.
  • The most junior urologist has been with them for 19 years
  • You have the opportunity to teach medical school students if you desire.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Urology (URO) 

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
  • MD/DO is accepted
  • Work in a collegial practice
  • No Robot but open to getting one if someone will “lead the charge” so to speak.
