Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the assigned customers' focus on UPS and the data center market, including meeting or exceeding budgets and growth targets, ensuring the team works together synergistically to achieve the total regional goals and objectives.
Create new accounts and manage existing accounts in the data center and power backup industry and provide solutions to meet customers' specifications and applications. Familiar with critical power systems including UPS, PDU, STS, Busway, and/or switchgear in Data Center
  • Create new and manage existing channel partners to ensure sales increase
  • Familiar with CRM and sales process, report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Coordinate with the customers' and Delta's engineering team.
  • Promote products and increase revenue to meet the budget.
  • Provide customer assistance on applications, specifications, and quality matters.
  • Support market analysis on new products, new markets, and developments in the industry
  • Supports the Company and product promotions at exhibitions

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business with minimum 3 years' experience in Power Distribution and Cooling, IT, or Datacenter services and technologies. A BSEE or BSME background is a plus. MBA is a plus

The ideal candidate will have one of the following
  1. Sold datacenter equipment before - UPS, generator, switch gear, power distribution, or cooling
  2. Relationship /collocation providers - example NTT; Digital Realty
  3. Tech background - UPS, generator, switch gear, power distribution, or cooling
  • Communication Skills: Ability to understand a customer's needs and to probe for answers and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to travel out of state and country.
  • Detailed and organized oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative in tackling tasks.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and the success of others.
  • Mandarin speaking ability is a plus.
  • Professional Selling Skills - Both extensive account management and new account development. Previous business development experience preferred
  • Develop and Maintain Customer relationships.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint

  • Organizational and time management skills

Pay Range
USD $150,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
