Our primary focus spans Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and technical skills to manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires hands-on involvement, effective coordination across departments, and proactive management to ensure success on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Oversee daily operations from initial planning to project closeout
  • Collaborate with VDC Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure project alignment
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and resolve challenges
  • Monitor performance metrics, timelines, and financials throughout the project



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum 5 consecutive years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction

  • Proven hands-on, field-focused approach with a high level of ownership
  • Proficiency with construction project management software and digital planning tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
