Job Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Architect with deep expertise in enterprise-level TDM solutions, data provisioning, masking, virtualization, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with leading TDM tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end Test Data Management lifecycle-from requirement intake to delivery, restoration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including test data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Architect scalable, automated TDM solutions within Agile and DevOps frameworks, integrating CI/CD pipelines and data pipelines.
  • Manage and optimize data virtualization, self-service data provisioning, and automation via REST APIs using platforms such as Delphix.
  • Develop and maintain TDM workflows leveraging Broadcom CA TDM components, including TDM Portal, Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, Data Subsetting, and Javelin.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and operational efficiency of TDM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and drive continuous TDM process improvements.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, cloud storage) to support both structured and unstructured data requirements.
  • Support containerization and modern data engineering practices; familiarity with tools such as Docker is a plus.
  • Contribute to data quality initiatives, ETL/ELT processes, and data profiling efforts.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, Javelin, and GenRocket.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Broadcom CA TDM components, including project creation, data modeling, masking, generation, self-service interfaces, and workflow design.
  • Proven expertise in data virtualization and automation using Delphix.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect and improve data management solutions.
  • Deep understanding of database technologies across relational and non-relational ecosystems.
  • Experience delivering TDM solutions within Agile/DevOps environments.
