Home2 Suites & Tru by Hilton Salt River is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Administrator to support the daily operations, financial reporting, guest experience, and sales administration for our dual-brand Hilton property.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Financial Administration

  • Reconcile folios, house accounts, and operational reports
  • Complete bank deposits, billing, accounts receivable/payable tasks, and chargeback processing
  • Review payroll hours, inventory balances, and housekeeping productivity reports
  • Complete weekly and monthly operational and financial reporting
  • Support daily hotel operations and provide shift coverage as needed

Guest Experience & Reputation Management

  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews on Booking.com, Expedia, and other platforms
  • Manage Kipsu guest messaging and response performance
  • Ensure timely resolution of guest assistance cases

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Prepare group pickup and production reports
  • Manage group resumes, rooming lists, and planner points
  • Update and maintain account information in Delphi
  • Participate in revenue and e-commerce calls

Systems Used

Training will be provided for Hilton systems including PEP, Delphi, ProfitSword, LightStay, Kipsu, TimeStar, Converge, and additional reporting platforms.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality, hotel operations, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Professional communication and ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
