WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Role:

CoolIT Systems is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us build the future of liquid cooling technology. This high-impact role goes beyond traditional recruiting, seeking an expert who can proactively source top-tier technical and high-volume talent, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and champion a world-class candidate experience. You willbe responsible forthe full recruitment life cycle, from strategic sourcing to a seamless onboarding handoff, all while continuously improving our processes and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin both technical and high-volume recruiting, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about scaling a growing business.

This role is a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for a diverse portfolio of positions, balancing the high-volume demand of operations and manufacturing roles with the specialized requirements of technical and engineering talent
  • Proactively sourcing both passive and active candidates tomaintaina stable pipeline,utilizingvarious sourcing channels
  • Conducting interviews and qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Partnering with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts
  • Acting as a talent advisor to hiring managers byprovidingmarket insights, compensation recommendations, and effective interviewing strategies
  • Leveraging knowledge of technical markets and compensation trends to attract top-tier engineering and technical talent
  • Guiding candidates through the hiring process
  • Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintaininga high levelof follow-up with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Identifyinginitiatives to improve brand recognition and enhance recruitment efforts
  • Identifyinggaps in current sourcing and screening processes and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Reporting on key recruiting metrics

WHO YOU ARE

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience from requisition to onboarding and everything in between
  • Experiencerecruiting for a variety of technical, product,operationsand sales roles.
  • Robust experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A track recordof success
  • An eagerness to learn and experiment to find bestpossible solutions
  • Passionate about building diverse teams and talent pools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previousexperience recruiting in a high-tech, hardware, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
  • Previousexperience using UKG as an ATS and HRIS
