Work you'll do As a PROJECT Senior Mission Lead on the Cyber Defense & Resilience team, you will be responsible for: * Advising senior leaders on cybersecurity vulnerabilities, mitigation priorities, operational risk, and implementation progress across weapon and mission systems
* Translating mission requirements and senior-leader intent into prioritized actions for Automation, Engineering, and other technical workstreams
* Developing mission narratives, decision packages, pre-briefs, and executive-ready materials for general officers, Senior Executive Service leaders, and other senior stakeholders
* Leading cross-organizational coordination with program offices, staff organizations, agencies, and other partners to assess dependencies, resolve issues, and integrate responses
* Establishing governance, leading working groups, reviewing staff products, and mentoring junior team members to support repeatable execution and escalation of mission-critical cybersecurity issues

The team This team supports cybersecurity mitigation and modernization efforts across mission and weapon systems with high operational impact. By working across acquisition, operations, cybersecurity, and technical delivery functions, the team helps leaders understand risk, prioritize action, and drive implementation. Team members operate in a fast-paced environment that requires collaboration, executive-level communication, and disciplined execution across multiple stakeholders. Qualifications Required: * 10+ years of experience supporting military operations, acquisition organizations, program executive offices, program management offices, or comparable organizations
* Experience assessing cybersecurity vulnerabilities and leading mitigation activities across Army weapon systems, mission systems, or comparable defense environments
* Experience coordinating with senior leaders, acquisition stakeholders, program offices, and technical teams to execute mission priorities
* Experience developing briefing materials, decision packages, and mission narratives for general officers, Senior Executive Service leaders, or equivalent senior stakeholders
* Master's degree, CISSP, current Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and ability to work onsite in Crystal City or the Pentagon 4-5 days per week
* Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred: * Experience with fielded weapon systems, mission systems, systems integration, or acquisition program execution
* Experience with funding, budgeting, organizational structures, and senior leadership forums
* Experience coordinating with staff organizations, program offices, agencies, or cross-Service stakeholders
* Additional cybersecurity certifications beyond Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
* Prior service or experience supporting mission organizations
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
