What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-impact projects for our clients. You will collaborate with client teams to investigate and assess critical business challenges, develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations. You will help shape actionable strategies that strengthen clients’ long-term competitive advantage and guide them through successful implementation.
Consultants / Senior Consultants are instrumental to both project delivery and the growth of our practice. In this role, you will:
•    Deliver client impact: Manage day-to-day project workstreams, structure complex problems, synthesize insights, and develop high-quality deliverables that drive meaningful business outcomes.
•    Lead and collaborate: Engage directly with clients across multiple levels, contribute to stakeholder alignment, and mentor junior team members to build team capability and cohesion.
•    Shape strategy and execution: Identify and frame critical strategic choices, design innovative and practical solutions, and help clients translate strategy into action.
•    Support firm growth: Partner with project leaders on scoping and planning, contribute to business development and proposal efforts, and build lasting client relationships.
•    Contribute to thought leadership: Apply industry expertise to develop Deloitte points of view, create knowledge assets, and support firm-sponsored events and initiatives.

Monitor Deloitte (Strategy & Business Design) works with the world’s leading and most ambitious corporations across all sectors, leading financial institutions, governments, and social sector organizations to address issues that are most important to them - —often working to resolve the highest-order strategic choices that fundamentally affect the future direction of their organizations. We not only bring our clients the insight and unconventional thinking that help them form strategies to anticipate risk and respond to change. We also use our experience and knowledge to help them bring those strategies to life. 
Our team brings deep expertise across a diversity of industries and content areas to help clients address top management issues involving corporate / business unit strategy, customer strategy, innovation, and business transformation in the form of process redesign, cost optimization programs, and implementation of strategic initiatives. •    1-3 years for Consultants or 3-5+ years for Senior Consultants of cumulative experience in a high-performance work environment, and / or strategy consulting
•    Structured problem-solving ability in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
•    Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including financial and business case analysis
•    Executive-level communication and synthesis skills
•    Ownership mindset with the ability to lead workstreams and mentor team members 
•    Demonstrated record of academic and professional excellence
•    Completion of an MBA or other post-graduate degree preferred but not required for Senior Consultants

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 for Consultants and  $84,000 - $126,000 for Senior Consultants, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
