• This Summer Scholar isresponsible fordeveloping and executing organization-wide strategies that empower business units to thrive in their respective markets. Your role encompasses shaping organic growth agendas, influencing market dynamics, and architecting enterprise transformation through both strategic initiatives and innovative thinking. With a passion for solving complex challenges and a talent for strategic, creative, and analytical thinking, this Summer Scholar plays a pivotal role in helping organizations achieve their most ambitious goals and adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape.

Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice serves government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other public sector organizations. Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts to help clients improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Professionals in the practice have opportunities to build specialized experience while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, STEM, or an equivalent program or a related/equivalent program 

• Strong academic track record (3.2 cumulative GPA required) 

• You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required 

• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment. 

Preferred: 

• 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred 

• Internship, project, or coursework experience in business, business analytics, entrepreneurship, strategic management, or STEM.
