Job description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Tampa, Florida.
Work You'll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization. Provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support creation of interface specifications and flows for the various components in the design.
• 50% Travel required nationally.
• Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field and 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
  • Utilizing Oracle to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunication (TMT) industries;
  • Researching and tracking user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, and Toad;
  • Developing functional specifications for custom development and interfacing with external systems utilizing Atlassian Jira, and Microsoft (MS) Office;
  • Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing ServiceNow and Jira;
  • Working across all phases of the Agile, and Waterfall project lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PRP), Inventory, and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for enterprise-level clients;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and Oracle Visual Builder;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing ServiceNow; and
  • Utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support Technical Unit (TUT), Functional Unit (FUT), System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions.
