We are seeking a highly skilled Dell AXEngineer to support a complex infrastructure environment focused on Dell AX systems and Microsoft Azure Local technologies. This role requires a technically experienced professional who can provide deep platform expertise, manage lifecycle activities, coordinate across multiple vendors, and ensure infrastructure platforms remain current, supported, and aligned with future technology direction.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure Local lifecycle management, Dell integrated infrastructure solutions, hybrid cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure operations.

Position Responsibilities
  • Own and support Microsoft Azure Local lifecycle management activities across Dell AX infrastructure environments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute platform upgrades, updates, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage Dell AX platform lifecycle activities, including version alignment, compatibility validation, and supportability assessments.
  • Evaluate and validate Dell AX system compatibility with Microsoft Azure Local releases.
  • Collaborate with Dell, Microsoft, and third-party technology partners to resolve integration challenges and support platform requirements.
  • Monitor Microsoft Azure Local roadmap developments and assess potential impacts to existing Dell-supported solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, upgrade runbooks, and support guides.
  • Create and maintain support matrices covering Azure Local versions, Dell hardware configurations, firmware, drivers, and validated environments.
  • Identify lifecycle risks, version dependencies, and support gaps while providing recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support testing activities, change management processes, release readiness, and new feature adoption.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding infrastructure supportability, interoperability, and lifecycle best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams.
