Job description

RH is seeking a Lead, Home Delivery to support the daily execution of our home delivery experience across warehouse and delivery operations. This role is responsible for helping coordinate workflow, reinforce standards and support Team Members in delivering the quality, care and service expected of the RH brand.

As a hands-on leader within the Home Delivery Center, you will support warehouse operations, maintain a safe and organized environment and help ensure product moves through the operation with accuracy, urgency and care. You will partner closely with leadership to support daily priorities, communicate opportunities and remain actively engaged in the work as business needs dictate.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Support daily Home Delivery Center operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, loading, delivery preparation and warehouse organization
  • Help coordinate daily workflow and labor allocation to support productivity, quality, service and operational needs
  • Reinforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized and orderly warehouse environment
  • Complete required records, reports and operational documentation accurately and on time
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, product movement, organization and follow-up on discrepancies
  • Train, coach and guide Team Members in daily processes, standards, technology and safe work practices
  • Communicate updates, actionables, opportunities and concerns to support alignment across warehouse, delivery, customer experience and leadership teams
  • Execute Home Delivery Associate responsibilities as needed, including inbound, outbound, loading, cleaning, product movement and other operational tasks
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, home delivery or related operational environment
  • Relentless passion for providing world-class service within the organization and to our customers
  • Experience supporting daily workflow, product movement, inventory accuracy or warehouse operations preferred
  • Sense of ownership, urgency and attention to detail in your work
  • Experience using technology and site-specific tools, including RF scanning, warehouse systems and tools used to support daily operations
  • Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
  • Proficiency in English and French is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg (55 lbs) unassisted
  • Frequently standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
  • Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • Periodically work in outdoor settings and environments with elevated noise levels
