Become an important delivery partner! As an Assistant Driver, you'll support drivers during deliveries and help with handling tasks. With your commitment to customer service, you'll ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting safety and performance standards.

Your role:
  • Transport and handle merchandise from truck to customer sites in line with service standards
  • Inspect loads prior to delivery and assist the driver in handling receipts, payments and maneuvers (e.g. reversing)
  • Provide excellent customer service, including contacting customers prior to delivery
  • Participate in order preparation, truck filling and general department maintenance
  • Work in accordance with health, safety and loss prevention policies
What we're looking for:
  • Secondary 5 diploma and Class 5 driver's license (considered assets)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (up to 23 kg) and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a truck on the move and provide effective support the driver
