Job description

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory handling, shipping, and receiving. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical work throughout the shift. Please note: This facility is not climate controlled and can become very hot during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
  • Move picked materials to designated staging areas
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming inventory
  • Put away materials and maintain organized inventory locations as needed
  • Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
  • Read and follow pick orders and work instructions to ensure order accuracy
  • Assist with general material handling and warehouse operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent, consistent warehouse experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
  • Ability to read and understand pick orders and work instructions
  • Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly
  • Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
